I guide participants through journeys with sacred medicines, including but not limited to ketamine. First, we get on a free 20-30 minute call to hear your intentions and see if we're a fit. I set you up for medical clearance and a prescription if it's ketamine.

Then, we do:

• two to three 1-hr prep sessions, depending on your level of experience with psychedelics.

• a 3-hour journey if we've chosen ketamine--with beautiful music and bespoke facilitation. Sessions may be longer with other medicines.

• two to three integration sessions so this can be a launch point for a New Life.

If needed, we do further journeys or Sacred Embodiment Coaching sessions. There is flexibility on location. I am based in the SF Bay Area, and able to travel to you for in-person medicine sessions. The preparation and integration sessions can be done virtually.
