Think a cross between embodiment coaching, deep presence work, and sacred ceremony. It's an original method that involves the body (soma) and the soul (psyche), utilizing movement to whatever extent you are comfortable.
Who is it for?
Anyone with an issue that they can't think their way out of. You've probably tried talk therapy, done plenty of personal growth, signed up for various courses and containers--and it hasn't meaningfully shifted. It could be a challenge rooted in childhood or familial patterns (what isn't?), it could be in any aspect of your life; the common denominator is that processing it, and even gaining insight into it, hasn't been enough.

Building deep trust and safety is paramount to me; indeed, I strive to embody a Healing container. I do it in a highly individualized way, tailored to your comfort level. 10+ years of psychiatric practice and 20 years of mindfulness & compassion prepared me for virtually anything to walk through my door. Beyond that, I have journeyed to the recesses of the Soul, through my own trauma healing work with Thomas Huebl and others; through indigenous plant medicine ceremonies and ketamine therapy; through exacting explorations of dance and movement through the 5Rhythms, Open Floor and Contact Improv; through intense intimacy work with ISTA and HAI.

How does a session look?
I'm so glad you asked! We set the space with a simple but powerful ritual. We call in your intentions, uncover your fears, and anchor your boundaries. We pinpoint the primary obstacle and engage a somatic resource to meet it. And then the numinous happens: a reliable shift. A take-home tool/ practice emerges that supports you to in-corp-orate the change.
